Roma are preparing to spend their Tammy Abraham transfer funds to sign Wolves’ David Moller Wolfe, according to reports.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Italian side have banked around \u00a311million by selling Abraham to Besiktas, so they can allow him to leave for the Premier League.<\/p>\n

Roma loaned the England international<\/a> to the Turkish giants at the beginning of the season, which included an obligation to buy.<\/p>\n

However, Besiktas were prepared to allow Abraham a return to England, meaning they had to sign him permanently from Roma before flogging him to Villa in a deal worth \u00a318m.<\/p>\n

Villa are expected to be busy in the next few days as they also eye a move for midfielder Douglas Luiz<\/a> following Youri Tielemans’ injury.<\/p>\n

Roma Wants Wolves Left-Back<\/h2>\n

Abraham’s deal is sparking a mini transfer domino effect as it allows Roma to raise the cash to sign Wolves left-back Moller Wolfe.<\/p>\n

The Norwegian international has been a bright spark in a disappointing campaign for the rock-bottom side.<\/p>\n

The 23-year-old, who cost Wolves around \u20ac10million last summer, has featured 14 times in the top flight but has remained on the bench in the last three matches.<\/p>\n

According to reports in Italy, Roma have had a \u20ac8m offer turned down from Wolves, but won’t be deterred in their attempts to sign him before the end of the transfer window.<\/p>\n

It’s suggested Wolves want at least \u20ac15m to even consider letting him leave halfway through the season.<\/p>\n

Rob Edwards’ side are heading towards the Championship despite a small resurgence in recent weeks, and are looking to build a squad for the future.<\/p>\n

How Liverpool Could Be Affected<\/h2>\n

Roma’s signing of Moller Wolfe will allow Kostas Tsimikas to return to Liverpool, with the two clubs in negotiations to cut short his loan.<\/p>\n

The Greek international joined Roma following Liverpool’s signing of Milos Kerkez in the summer.<\/p>\n

Tsimikas has struggled for regular minutes under Gianpiero Gasperini, and the club would be willing to let him leave only if they can bring in a replacement.<\/p>\n

Roma’s director of football, Ricky Massara, recently provided a transfer update and said: “We are in a dialogue with Liverpool, and we\u2019ll see how that evolves over the next few days.”<\/p>\n

Andy Robertson to Tottenham back on?<\/h2>\n

While there are a lot of moving parts, Tsimikas’ potential return to Liverpool may allow Andy Robertson to join Tottenham.<\/a><\/p>\n

Spurs’ move for the Scotland international hit an impasse after Liverpool blocked his move because it would leave them short of options at left-back.<\/p>\n

Robertson would be open to leaving Liverpool as he approaches the final few months of his contract at Anfield.<\/p>\n
