Jonathan Portman\u2019s three-year-old is by the sire New Bay, whose progeny tend to hold their form well. Backing the handicappers who finished in the top three last time out would have found 106 winners from 413 bets (25.7% strike-rate) for a profit of \u00a3117.48 to a \u00a31 level stake and it looks like he could get loose on the lead from stall 2.
