Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams agreed to a new contract earlier this offseason. The contract details have finally been revealed.

Matthew Stafford’s New Contract

Stafford’s contract is now finalized.

The Super Bowl-winning quarterback will earn $44 million in 2025. Stafford has already made $4 million, and the remaining $40 million is fully guaranteed.

If Stafford is on the Rams roster at the start of free agency in 2026, he will make $40 million.

After losing to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Divisional Round, the Rams permitted Stafford to seek a trade.

Stafford’s trade suitors were the Las Vegas Raiders and New York Giants. Despite having potential deals in place with both teams, Stafford agreed to a restructured deal with the Rams.
