Despite their success this season, the Oklahoma City Thunder maintained one of the lowest average ticket prices in the league. But things are changing drastically for Sunday’s NBA Finals Game 7 matchup against the Indiana Pacers, which currently holds the title for the most expensive get-in ticket price in the history of the team.
Thunder Seeking First NBA Finals Win Since Moving To OKC
The Thunder have had a good amount of postseason success since arriving in Oklahoma City. They’ve qualified for the playoffs in 12 of their 17 seasons, and have made it to the Western Conference Finals five times. They came up short in their first Finals appearance in 2012 with their core of Kevin Durant, James Harden, and Russell Westbrook, but were overwhelmingly favored to finally lock down their first NBA championship in 2025.

After an embarrassing loss in Game 6 on Thursday, the Thunder will now play the most important game in franchise history on Sunday.
It won’t only be the most important, but the tickets to Game 7 are the most expensive in the history of the team.
Ticket Prices Are The Highest In Franchise History
According to SeatGeek, the get-in price for a single ticket on Sunday is listed at $940 as of late afternoon Friday. This particular seat is in section 315 and is in row R, which is behind the basket in the last possible row at the Paycom Center.
Prices have dropped by about $200 since they hit the market in the hours following Game 6, and will likely come down even more as game time approaches.
The figure of $940 demolishes team records. During the Western Conference Finals, as a ticket to Game 5 against the Minnesota Timberwolves was listed at $172, which at the time was the most expensive ever. That is roughly the get-in price for regular season games for teams like the Lakers or Knicks.

That means that Game 7 is 425% more expensive than what was the highest less than a month ago.
At time of writing, the cheapest ticket for the lower bowl on Sunday is listed at $2,835. There are seats that are located about four rows up from the scorer’s table that are priced at $14,734.
Sunday’s game is scheduled to tip off at 8PM eastern time.
