NFL Average Ticket Prices 2025: Lions, Eagles Have Most Expensive Tickets

SportsCasting.com has gathered the ticket prices and analyzed the numbers for every game of the upcoming 2025 NFL season.

Overall, the cost to attend an NFL game is up 18.44% in 2025. Last year’s average get-in cost of $131.82 has risen to $156.13 for the 2025 season, which is more than double the 9% jump that fans experienced from 2023 to 2024.

Highest Ticket Prices

If Lions fans thought last year’s prices were high, they’re in for a surprise in 2025.

Detroit’s average ticket prices are up 51.8% this season, and they’ll have the most expensive tickets in the league for the second straight year. Last year’s figure of $254 has risen to $385.62 for 2025, 21% higher than the second-most expensive team (Eagles, $318.62).

Seven NFL teams have an average get-in price of $200 or higher. After the Eagles, the Raiders ($281), Chicago Bears ($262.75), and Green Bay Packers ($252.88) round out the top five. Meanwhile the Buffalo Bills ($252.11) and Cincinnati Bengals ($206.56) were the only other teams with an average get-in price of $200 or more.

Cheapest Ticket Prices

After being in the middle of the pack in terms of pricing in 2024, the Tennessee Titans have the cheapest average get-in price ($64) of any team in the NFL. The New Orleans Saints, who took the crown for least expensive last year, aren’t far behind at $66.63.

There are 10 total teams that have average costs of under $100, including both teams from Los Angeles (Chargers — $90.75, Rams — $80.63). Six of the other eight teams in that group are in either the AFC South or NFC South.

Which NFL Division Has The Most Expensive Ticket Prices?

Not all divisions are created equal, especially when it comes to the prices that fans have to pay on the secondary market.

Led by the league-leading Lions, the NFC North has the most expensive tickets among any division in the NFL.

Fans will have to pay an average get-in price of $267.88 to attend games hosted by NFC North teams, which is 37.5% more than the next-highest division (NFC East). Meanwhile, the AFC South has the cheapest get-in price for games this season at just $84.38.

Most Expensive NFL Games To Attend In 2025

 

The Eagles will be celebrating their Super Bowl LIX victory on opening night of the 2025 NFL season, and they’ll be doing so in front of their heated NFC East rivals in the Dallas Cowboys. In order to attend the festivities, fans will have to pay a hefty price, as tickets for the opener have a get-in price of $629, making it the most expensive game of the NFL Season.

The Lions will play in 6 of the 10 most expensive games of the season with five of those games coming in Detroit at Ford Field.

The Raiders are the only other team that will host more than one game in the top 10. Las Vegas will host two of the most expensive games of the year against the Cowboys ($602) and Bears ($422).

Cheapest NFL Games To Attend In 2025

There are 18 NFL games this season with a get-in price of $50 of less.

The Tennessee Titans play in 4 of the 10 cheapest games in 2025 despite being led by No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward.  Tennessee will host three of those games, followed by the Chargers and Jaguars, who will host two games apiece.

The Browns vs Titans game on Dec. 7 is the NFL’s cheapest game of the season with a get-in price of just $32.

Year-Over-Year NFL Ticket Price Trends

 

The Taylor Swift effect has been felt across the league, but especially in Kansas City, where fans will have to pay double the average ticket prices from a year ago.

The Chiefs saw the biggest year-over-year change in ticket prices at +102.5%, followed by the Minnesota Vikings (93.5%) and Buffalo Bills (71.5%). Even the Lions, who already had the most expensive tickets last season, had a price increase of over 51.8%. In total, 24 NFL teams saw price increases for the upcoming season.

On the other hand, the Los Angeles Rams are among the eight teams across the NFL that have seen ticket prices decrease compared to last season. Rams tickets are down 42.8% year-over-year, the biggest decrease in the NFL. The Tennessee Titans (-37.9%), San Francisco 49ers (-30%), Indianapolis Colts (-28.3%), and Miami Dolphins (-21%) are among the other teams that saw notable price drops on the secondary market.

Overall, average get-in ticket prices are up 18.44%, which is more than double the increase that we saw from 2023 to 2024 (9%).

Ticket Prices For NFL International Games

There will be seven international games played by NFL teams during the 2025 season. These games have an average ticket price of $229.86, which is 42.7% higher than the league average ($156.13).

The most expensive NFL International Series game will take place on September 28th with matchup between the Vikings and Steelers, which will be the first NFL game ever played in Ireland. The get-in price is listed at $422, continuing the yearly tradition of costly Steelers road games.

The season opening game between the Chiefs and Chargers, set to be played in Brazil, has a get-in cost of $222. Meanwhile, the cheapest international game is the matchup between the Rams and Jaguars in London, England on Oct. 19 with a get-in price of just $117.
