The Most and Least Expensive Tickets to Week 2 NFL Home Openers

Twelve NFL teams will host their home openers this weekend.

Which ones have hot tickets, and where can you go for a cheap date?

SportsCasting crunched the numbers and found that the Lions are the most sought-after ticket, higher than even the Super Bowl rematch between the Chiefs and Eagles.

It’s also expensive to get into the Raiders’ home opener against the Chargers, while teams like the Cardinals, Titans and Dolphins have low demand.

The below prices reflect the get-in price for each game as of September 9. Ticket data courtesy of SeatGeek.

The Lions lost their opener in Green Bay, but the enthusiasm surrounding the team is unmatched in the NFL, as the demand for tickets in Detroit is through the roof.

Meanwhile, in Dallas, is America’s Team losing its shine?

The Cowboys are in the lower-half of secondary market get-in prices, a far cry from their time among the hottest tickets in the NFL.

Dallas has standing-room only tickets available for $39, which is a cheaper ticket than any other home opener this week.

And in Arizona, the market is extremely tepid despite a 1-0 start and increased expectations this year.

The opponent hurts, as higher demand at Cardinals games often comes from visiting team fans flying down to Arizona. The Panthers are among the worst teams in the NFL and don’t travel well.
