Josh Allen Is Now 13-2 Against The Dolphins In His Career

Josh Allen continued his dominance over the Miami Dolphins on Thursday night, as the Buffalo Bills quarterback led his team to a 31-21 prime time victory.

Josh Allen Continues Dominance Over Miami Dolphins

It is the 7th straight victory for the Bills in their matchups with the Dolphins including the playoffs. Buffalo has lost just once against Miami since December 2018, a game that the Dolphins won by just two points, and have now outscored them by 208 points in their last 15 meetings.

Allen himself now moves to 13-2 in his regular season career against the Dolphins, including an 8-0 mark at home. He has accounted for 45 total touchdowns in those games, and has thrown just 8 interceptions.

Thursday’s game ended up in a double-digit difference on the scoreboard, but Miami hung in better than expected. The score was tied at 14 apiece at halftime, and again at 21 in the fourth quarter. The Dolphins had the ball with under 4 minutes left and trailed by a touchdown, but an unfortunate turnover by Tua Tagovailoa sealed the game for Buffalo.

Josh Allen was 22 of 28 passing for 213 yards against Miami, and added another 25 yards on the ground. He threw three touchdowns on the night. One of those scores was the 200th passing TD of Allen’s career. He is now 8-0 on Thursday Night Football.

The Bills came into the game as heavy 12-point favorites.

With the win, Buffalo improves to 3-0 on the year, and they’ll likely be a heavy favorite again when they attempt to move to 4-0. They now have 9 days off before taking on the New Orleans Saints, which will be the third of four home games in their first five contests overall.
