NFL Odds: Emeka Egbuka Favored To Win Rookie Of The Year

Entering the 2025 NFL season, Las Vegas Raiders running back Ashton Jeanty was the betting favorite to win the Offensive Rookie of the Year award. And while he is still near the top of the odds board, it is currently Tampa Bay Buccaneers first year wide receiver Emeka Egbuka who is favored to take home the hardware.

NFL Odds: Ebguka, Jeanty Favorites To Win OROY Award

Egbuka was selected by Tampa Bay with the 19th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. There were high hopes for him in his first season, and he hasn’t disappointed through the first month. In four games, Egbuka has hauled in 18 catches for 282 yards, and has found the endzone four times. There are few rookies who have numbers rivaling his thus far, and that has made him the current favorite to win the ROY award.

After entering the season with a designation of +1600 on the odds board (5th shortest at the time), that figure has dropped all the way down to +250 entering Week 5.

Jeanty isn’t far behind. The preseason favorite got off to a slow start in his first three NFL games, but exploded in Week 4 to get him back in the running. In a loss to the Bears, Jeanty racked up 138 yards on 21 carries, and added two catches for 17 yards. But his biggest contribution was on the scoreboard, as he scored three total touchdowns on the day to bring his career total to four.

Before that particular performance, Jeanty had seen his betting figure rise from +250 to +700. His designation is now down to +320.

Emeka Egbuka +250
Ashton Jeanty +320
Omarion Hampton +500
Jaxson Dart +550
Tyler Warren +850

Jaxson Dart has a chance to climb up the boards if he continues building on the momentum from his first start. The New York Giants quarterback was listed at +2000 after Week 1 when Russell Wilson was starting, but that figure is down to +550. He is just behind Los Angeles Chargers running back Omarion Hampton at +500.

Tyler Warren, the tight end for the Indianapolis Colts, rounds out the top-5 at +850.
