Mike Reiss, the ESPN reporter for the New England Patriots, got more than he bargained for when he shared a social media post from the booth this afternoon as he prepares for the December 1, 2025, Monday Night Football game between the New York Giants and the Patriots at Gillette Stadium.
Reiss was sharing the frigid game time weather conditions with his view from the pressbox.
Fans barely noticed that it is expected to be 27 degrees because their eyes were fixated on Reiss’s snack spread.

Perhaps it is because it is days since Thanksgiving and food is on everyone’s mind, but fans had plenty to say about his assortment.
One fan asked: “Mike are you starving?”
Orthodonist and sports fan Dr. Jeff said: “Don’t forget to floss and brush at halftime with all the hard & sticky snacks you have assembled.”
Patsfan is concerned Reiss does not have enough drinks to balance out his snacks. He wrote: “Hi Mike – do you think you will need a gatorade or more water? That’s a lot of food and a small drink!!!”
Don Martin jokes: “Why do you hate protein Mike? :)”
Beth Hamilton is curious if he will eat all of the food during the game. She wrote: “Will you seriously eat all of that? Inquiring mom’s want to know”
Reiss has a reputation of showing his press box food spread, and fans noted the MNF snack assortment is considerably larger.
