Three Barstool podcasts for Netflix.

Barstool Sports and Netflix have agreed to a video podcast partnership.

Barstool Sports-Netflix Video Podcast Deal

Barstool Sports is heading to the biggest streaming service.

Netflix announced a multi-year partnership with Barstool Sports to bring three video versions of its podcasts to its service. The podcasts are Pardon My Take, The Ryen Russillo Podcast, and Spittin’ Chiclets.

All episodes from the podcast — including select library episodes — will be available to watch on Netflix beginning in early 2026.

Fans can still listen to these podcasts on all major podcast platforms, like Spotify and Apple. However, the video versions will no longer be on YouTube.

Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy said, “We’re excited to partner with Netflix and hopefully bring new audiences to each platform.”

The deal continues Netflix’s push into providing customers with video podcasts.

In October, Netflix announced a deal with Spotify to bring video podcasts to the streamer. The list of podcasts includes The Bill Simmons Podcast, The Zach Lowe Show, The McShay Show, Fairway Rollin’, The Mismatch, The Ringer F1 Show, The Ringer Fantasy Football Show, The Ringer NFL Show, The Ringer NBA Show, The Rewatchables, The Big Picture, The Dave Chang Show, The Recipe Club, Dissect, Conspiracy Theories, and Serial Killers.

Breaking Down the Barstool Podcasts

First up is Pardon My Take, a sports comedy podcast hosted by Big Kat and PFT Commenter. The duo, along with their producers, has been consistently one of the biggest sports podcasts since its inception in 2016.

Pardon My Take was ranked No. 2 in Spotify’s top 10 sports podcasts of 2025.

The Ryen Russillo Podcast is a show hosted by sports personality Ryen Russillo, who left The Ringer to join Barstool Sports this fall. Russillo covers basketball and football at the pro and collegiate levels. Russillo also hosts a “Life Advice” section, where he and his producers take listener emails and answer random questions.

Spittin’ Chiclets is a hockey podcast hosted by Ryan Whitney, Paul Bissonnette, Keith Yandle, and Rear Admiral.

“We’re thrilled to team up with Barstool Sports and bring their top video podcasts to Netflix,” said Lauren Smith, Netflix VP of Content Licensing and Programming Strategy. “This partnership broadens how our members connect with Barstool’s leading sports voices and delivers exactly what our members crave: unfiltered commentary, sharp takes, and undeniable humor. We look forward to giving fans another exciting way to engage with the conversations they love on Netflix.”
