San Antonio’s Victor Wembanyama has appeared in 29 of the team’s 43 games in 2025-26. The young center has missed time this season due to various injuries. On top of that, Wembanyama has started 20 of the 29 games he’s played. He is averaging 24.8 points, 10.8 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 2.6 blocks per game. His .400 three-point percentage this season is the best of his NBA career. Wembanyama is averaging 4.7 three-point attempts per game in 2025-26.
Despite missing some time this season, Wembanyama has been effective when he’s on the court. The team is 20-9 when he plays. However, the team hasn’t hit rock bottom when he’s missed time. San Antonio is 10-4 in the 14 games Wembanyama was out. Through 43 games, the Spurs are 30-13 this season.
That is the second-best record in the West, only five and a half games back from the Thunder. A team the Spurs have beaten three times already this year. San Antonio will not be afraid if they face OKC in the postseason. Wembanyama and the Spurs have the second-game of a back-to-back on Tuesday evening on the road in Houston.
