Team USA has announced who will be the flagbearers for the 2026 Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony on Friday, February 6, 2026.

At each Olympics, a female and male are selected.

Meet The Team USA Flagbearers

Speedskater Erin Jackson and Bobsleigher Frank Del Duca have been selected.

Erin Jackson

Jackson is a 33-year-old Florida native who won a gold medal at the 2022 Olympic games in the 500 meter speedskating event.

She began her career as an inline skater but transitioned to racing on the ice in 2014.

Jackson graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a degree in the Materials Science & Engineering program.

At the Olympic trials, she placed first in both the 500m and 1000m events.

Jackson was a participant in the second season of the reality show Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test and was the only female to win.

Frank Del Duca

Del Duca is a returning Olympian having competed at the 2022 Olympics in the two-man and four-man bobsled events.

He is 34 years old and was born in Florida but resides in Maine.

Del Duca is a multi-sport athlete who was a state champion alpine skiier in high school and a football player.

Though starting just 10 years ago, Del Duca has risen quickly in the sport.

It took him two years to advance from pusher to pilot of the sled.

The Opening Ceremony will air live at 2:30 PM EST on Friday, February 6 and will be replayed at 8:00 PM EST.

NBC owns the US broadcast rights to the 2026 Winter Olympics and will show events on its networks including streaming network Peacock.

Mariah Carey is the headline performer, and Team USA will march in the Parade of Nations wearing Ralph Lauren clothing.
