CoinPoker has added a new daily fixture to its tournament schedule, and it’s built specifically for micro-stakes players. The Daily Dollar launched August 13 with a $1 buy-in and $1,000 guarantee, running every day except Sunday, when a special edition raises the guarantee even higher.

The Daily Dollar kicked off at 17:00 UTC on August 13 and now runs daily for a $1 buy-in with a $1,000 guaranteed prize pool.
CoinPoker says guarantees at this buy-in level had previously shown up on its schedule only occasionally. Making it a daily event gives micro-stakes players a consistent shot at a meaningful prize pool rather than a rare one-off.
Daily Dollar Sunday Edition Guarantee Jumps to $5,000
Sundays swap the standard format for the Daily Dollar Sunday Edition, which keeps the same $1 buy-in but raises the guarantee significantly. The event launched with a $3,000 guarantee, and CoinPoker bumped that to $5,000 after just one weekend on the schedule.
CoinPoker ambassador Mario Mosböck has already branded the Sunday Edition the smallest buy-in trophy event around, pointing to the trophy award tied to the weekly winner.
First Sunday Edition Beats Its Guarantee With Dnxx Taking the Title
The inaugural Daily Dollar Sunday Edition ran August 16 and pulled in 3,740 entries from 2,375 unique players, including 1,365 re-entries. The field pushed the prize pool to $3,440, clearing the $3,000 guarantee.
Dnxx won the tournament from three entries, banking $453.92, a 151x return on the $1 buy-in, and became the first player to add a Daily Dollar Sunday Edition trophy to their CoinPoker Trophy Cabinet.
The guarantee jumps to $5,000 starting this Sunday, August 23, a roughly 66% increase from opening weekend.
Daily Dollar Sunday Edition Adds a Trophy Cabinet Award for Micro-Stakes Players
Every Daily Dollar Sunday Edition winner receives a digital award in their CoinPoker Trophy Cabinet, a feature that displays major tournament wins on a player’s public Career page.
CoinPoker has previously reserved that award for winners of its bigger flagship series, making the Sunday Edition the first micro-stakes event to carry the same recognition.
Multiple Free Routes Into the Daily Dollar
Players don’t need to pay the $1 buy-in directly to get into the Daily Dollar. CoinPoker offers $0.10 satellites that award 25 tickets each, and freerolls that award 100 tickets each.
CoinPoker has also said that simply playing micro-stakes tournaments can earn players up to three Daily Dollar tickets per week, usable for either the standard event or the Sunday Edition. Two of the available entry routes cost nothing at all.
Daily Dollar Launches Alongside a Packed CoinPoker Schedule
The Daily Dollar’s arrival lines up with two bigger series already in motion on CoinPoker. The CoinMillion crowned its third champion on August 10 at a $215 buy-in and $1 million guarantee, and it returns for four straight Sundays once the Global Online Poker Championship begins, starting September 6.
The GOPC itself launches August 23 and runs through September 28, carrying a $50 million guarantee across more than 700 Medal Events.
Players looking to build extra value heading into that stretch can also check out CoinPoker’s 3-Bet Club membership, which adds Rewards Boosts, Action Multipliers, and tournament discounts on top of standard CoinRewards.
