Barack Obama Reveals March Madness 2025 Bracket

It came down to the wire, but Obama released his picks for the 2025 NCAA Tournament a few hours before the opening tip.

I’m cutting it close, but here are my #MarchMadness picks,” Obama wrote on X. “Who do you have winning it all?”

Obama has a lot of chalk advancing into the later rounds.

Obama likes No. 1 Auburn to defeat No. 2 Michigan State in the South Regional Final.

In the West, Obama is picking No. 1 Florida to defeat No. 2 St. John’s to advance to the Final Four.

Obama believes that No. 1 Duke will get past No. 2 Alabama in the East Regional Final to get to the Final Four. In one of his rare upset picks, the former Commander in Chief has No. 11 VCU beating No. 6 BYU in the First Round.

Obama is siding with No. 2 Tennessee to come out of the Midwest Region.

However, Obama took a risk by picking No. 5 Clemson to reach the Elite Eight, beating No. 12 McNeese, No. 4 Purdue, and No. 1 Houston to reach the Elite Eight.

Unfortunately for Obama, that region of his bracket has been busted. No. 12 McNeese pulled off the 69-67 upset to beat No. 5 Clemson in the First Round.

Barack Obama’s Final Four:

  • No. 1 Auburn out of the South Region
  • No. 1 Florida out of the West Region
  • No. 1 Duke out of the East Region
  • No. 2 Tennessee out of the Midwest Region

In the Final Four, Obama likes Florida over Auburn and Duke over Tennessee.

When it’s all said and done, Obama is siding with the Duke Blue Devils to win their first national championship since 2015.
