Peter Feigin is stepping down as the Milwaukee Bucks’ president after a 12-season run overseeing the team’s business operations, the club announced Monday.
Josh Glessing To Replace Peter Feigin
Feigin joined the Bucks in 2014 after working as the chief marketing officer and revenue officer for Deluxe Entertainment Service Group in Burbank, California.
Per Jim Owczarski of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Feigin added the title of president of Fiserv Forum after the arena opened in 2018. He played a key role in helping the arena to secure $524 million of public-private financing.
Josh Glessing, who has been working as the Haslam Sports Group’s chief of strategy and development, will be taking over for Feigin. The pair will be working together over the next months to help with the transition process.
“Serving as President of the Milwaukee Bucks has been the honor of my professional life,” Feigin said in a statement released by the team.
“Together with our ownership group, partners, players, and an incredible staff, we built something truly special for this city and state. I am incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished and confident that the organization is in tremendous shape.”
Glessing Was Born A Bucks Fan
Jimmy and Dee Haslam are the managing partners of the Haslam Sports Group (HSG).
HSG bought a 25% share of the Bucks in 2023. It also owns the Cleveland Browns of the NFL and the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer.
Glessing previously spent 2023-25 as the interim president of business for the Crew.
“I was born a Bucks fan and I don’t need to learn what this team means to Milwaukee and the state of Wisconsin. I have known it my entire life,” Glessing said in a statement released by the Bucks.
“The Bucks have an exceptional foundation, and I look forward to continuing to build on our success while staying true to our commitment to winning, providing best-in-class experiences for our fans, and delivering meaningful impact for the community.”
