The Indianapolis Colts have deleted their Minecraft-themed schedule release video after it featured a scene with Miami Dolphins receiver Tyreek Hill.

Colts Minecraft Video For 2025 NFL Schedule Release

The Colts social media team took building to the next level.

It’s become an annual tradition for NFL social media teams to express their creativity when releasing the upcoming season’s schedule.

The Tennessee Titans famously released a hilarious video of their 2023 schedule featuring a group of random people guessing NFL logos in downtown Nashville.

Every year, teams now try to one-up each other with their social media videos.

This year, the Colts capitalized on the popularity of A Minecraft Movie for their 2025 NFL Schedule Release.

The spoof video was a brief hit on social media before the team removed it from all platforms.

To signal the Colts’ Week 1 game against the Miami Dolphins, an animated version of Hill wore his signature No. 10 jersey while going for a swim. The Coast Guard then confronted Hill.

The moment was likely a reference to Hill’s incident from September, where Miami-Dade deputies pulled over the wide receiver before a game and forcibly handcuffed him on the ground.

Traffic citations against Hill were later dropped.

Colts Apologize For Video

The Colts apologized for the now-deleted video in a statement to ESPN.

“We removed our schedule release video because it exceeded our rights with Microsoft and included an insensitive clip involving Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill. We sincerely apologize to Microsoft and Tyreek,” the statement read.

The Colts reached out to Hill and apologized for their actions. Hill’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said his client did not take the post seriously and thought it was “funny.”
