Daniel Jones Earns 6-Figure Bonus For Each Colts Victory

Daniel Jones is having a career resurgence in Indianapolis, and he is being rewarded for the 3-0 start for his Colts to begin the 2025 NFL season.

Daniel Jones Makes An Extra $150k For Each Colts Victory

When Daniel Jones signed his one-year, $14,000,000 contract last offseason, it was unclear if he would be the starter for the Colts. He would eventually beat out Anthony Richardson to win the job, and entered the year with mild expectations given his history.

Baked in to that contract were some incentives, and one of them has Jones stacking six figures every week. For each regular season win for the Colts in which Jones takes more than 50% of the snaps, he earns $100,000. This is of course on top of his guaranteed money ($13.1 million).

That isn’t the only bonus that he’s been earning every week. For each game that Jones is active, he takes home an extra $50,000.

This means that, thanks to the 3-0 start by Indianapolis, he has earned $450,000 in extra cash so far this season.

The Colts are perhaps the biggest surprise of the 2025 campaign thus far. With Daniel Jones under center, they set records for offensive efficiency during the first two games of the season, and then laid 41 points on the Tennessee Titans on Sunday to remain undefeated.

Jones Has 6 Total TDs, 0 INTS Through Three Weeks

The 28-year-old quarterback has thrown for 860 passing yards thus far, and is completing 74% of his passes. He has thrown three touchdowns, but has accounted for six total, including his three rushing scores. Jones has yet to throw an interception.

So how much more money will he stack in the coming weeks? The Colts will be on the road to take on the Los Angeles Rams in Week 4, before returning to Indianapolis for two weeks and games against the Las Vegas Raiders and Arizona Cardinals.
