Why the Commanders Could Trade for De’Von Achane
Washington’s offense lacks a back who can flip the field in one play. Brian Robinson Jr. is steady but doesn’t scare defenses horizontally. Achane’s burst and receiving skills would bring instant speed to Kliff Kingsbury’s screen-heavy attack, adding a dimension the Commanders haven’t had in years.
A swap centered around Robinson and a mid-round draft pick could satisfy both sides.
