HBO has released the official trailer for Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Buffalo Bills.

“It truly takes everybody to have team success,” quarterback Josh Allen says in the opening moments of the trailer. “It’s not just the leaders that matter. It takes a whole village.”
The Buffalo Bills enter the 2025 season with sky-high expectations. The Bills are one of the best teams in the NFL and have a legitimate chance to win the Super Bowl.
Since Allen arrived in 2018, the Bills have the third-most wins in the NFL (77), behind the Kansas City Chiefs (90) and Baltimore Ravens (78).
Buffalo has qualified for the NFL postseason in six straight seasons, winning the AFC East every year since 2020. During that timeframe, the Bills have never reached the Super Bowl.
The problem for the Bills is that they play the Kansas City Chiefs most years. The Bills have lost to the Chiefs in four of the last five postseasons, including last season’s 32-29 defeat in the AFC Championship.
The Bills’ offense is once again led by Allen, the NFL’s reigning MVP. Buffalo returns nearly all of its skill players from a season ago, including James Cook, Khalil Shakir, Dalton Kincaid, Dawson Knox, and Keon Coleman.
If the Bills want to reach the Super Bowl, their defense must hold up its end of the bargain in the biggest spots. The Bills used six of their nine 2025 draft picks on the defensive side of the ball.
Notable defensive signings include edge rushers Joey Bosa and Michael Hoecht, defensive back Tre’Davious White, cornerback Dane Jackson, and tackle Larry Ogunjobi.
As Allen sums up in the trailer, the Bills have one goal.
“We’re going to do whatever we can to bring the Lombardi back to Western New York,” Allen explains.

Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Buffalo Bills premieres on Tuesday, August 5, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. It will be a five-part series, with subsequent episodes debuting on Tuesdays through September 2.
Hard Knocks airs on HBO and streams on HBO Max.
Emmy nominee Liev Schreiber returns to narrate the series.
