Four teams remain in the NCAA Tournament: No. 1 South Carolina, No. 1 Texas, No. 1 UCLA, and No. 2 UConn.

In the first game, the defending champion South Carolina Gamecocks play the Texas Longhorns.

South Carolina has been the most dominant team in women’s college basketball over the past five seasons. The Gamecocks have made five consecutive Final Fours, with two championships.

Since Vic Schaefer arrived in Austin before the 2020 season, Texas has been on the brink of stardom. This is the Longhorns’ first Final Four since 2003. Texas is looking to win its second national championship in school history.

For the first time in school history, the UCLA Bruins have made the Final Four. Behind center Lauren Betts, the Bruins have what it takes to cut down the nets on Sunday afternoon.

Death, taxes, and UConn in the Final Four. The Huskies have made 24 Final Four appearances, the most in the history of women’s college basketball. Led by Paige Bueckers, the Huskies will look to win their first title since 2016.
