Hurricane Helene Relief Focus of ‘Stars Servin’ Up Love’ North Carolina Tennis Exhibition

Any day is good for tennis, but February 2’s “Stars Servin’ Up Love” exhibition will be especially great.
Current Top 10 WTA stars Jessica Pegula and Emma Navarro are joined by American tennis legends Andre Agassi and Andy Roddick in an event held at the Harrah’s Cherokee Center – Asheville to raise money for Hurricane Helene relief in western North Carolina. Mic’d-up short sets of singles and doubles are planned.
This cause is near and dear to Navarro’s heart. Though born in New York, she resides in Charlotte. Navarro and Pegula recently faced off in another high-profile exhibition called The Garden Cup at Madison Square Garden in early December.
Celebrity guests Michael Kosta of The Daily Show, musician Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy, Survivor host Jeff Probst, and Esai Morales will test their tennis skills against the current and retired pros.
Agassi and Roddick, in their 40s and 50s, respectively, are always a draw for tennis fans. They are the last two American men to win Grand Slam titles, with Roddick’s US Open in 2003. Agassi has coached and mentored players over the years, which dovetails perfectly into his new role as Team World’s Captain for the Laver Cup, taking over for John McEnroe. Roddick is a Tennis Channel contributor and podcast host.
American women have transitioned from the Serena Williams era to crown three ladies’ singles champions: Sofia Kenin and Madison Keys, 2020 and 2025 Australian Open champions, and Coco Gauff, 2023 US Open champion. Navarro and Pegula have also come close. Navarro was a 2024 Wimbledon semifinalist and a 2025 Australian Open semifinalist. Pegula was the 2024 US Open finalist.
How To Support “Stars Servin’ Up Love”
Tennis fans can watch the event live on The Tennis Channel on Sunday, February 2, at 3 PM EST. An online auction, open to everyone through February 6, will also be held in conjunction with the event. US Open, Miami Open, and Charleston Open experiences are among the items being auctioned.
