Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid is in the Christmas spirit.  Why wouldn’t he be?  His Chiefs are 15-1 after securing a Christmas Day win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

With the win, the Chiefs secured home-field advantage.  In the locker room after the game, Netflix’s game co-MVPs Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce were dancing around in their Santa-like puffer jackets.  Netflix also presented them with cake-filled chocolate footballs.

However, Andy Reid one-upped Mahomes and Kelce.  He trotted into the locker room in a full Santa Claus suit and belted out his trademark Chiefs cheer.

Andy Reid Is The Oldest And Probably The Happiest Active NFL Head Coach

Reid is 66 years old and having the time of his life as the oldest NFL head coach.  His Chiefs are vying for a never-been-done three-peat of Super Bowl titles bringing their total to four Super Bowl wins in the last six years.  The Reid and Mahomes partnership is beginning to mirror the Belichick and Brady one in terms of postseason successes.

Andy Reid just keeps adding to his Hall of Fame resume.  This team is finding ways to win in improbable situations.  Some may say that it is not their most talented team, but they keep on winning.

The Buffalo Bills are the Chiefs’ most formidable AFC competitor at 12-3.  There is a lot of football left to be played, but Andy Reid and the Chiefs have chemistry, confidence, and a past history that indicates they could win yet another Super Bowl in February.
