Marshall Faulk Is Newest Addition To Colorado Buffaloes Coaching Staff

While the football world is focused on NFL Honors and the upcoming Super Bowl, Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders added an NFL Hall of Famer to his coaching staff. Marshall Faulk, one of the greatest running backs in NFL history, will serve as the Buffs running backs coach effective immediately.
One of the greatest to ever play the game.

Sanders likely did not have recruiting problems before, but running backs will now flock to the Buffs to work with Faulk.
Marshall Faulk’s Resume
Marshall Faulk is an NFL MVP, Super Bowl Champion, 3-time NFL Offensive Player of the Year, NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year, and 7-time Pro Bowler. He was a key component of the 1999 St. Louis Rams offense known as the “Greatest Show on Turf.”
That is not a comprehensive list of his accomplishments, but it tells the story of what kind of player he was. He was inducted into the Ring of Honor/Hall of Fame for each team he played for: the St. Louis Rams and Indianapolis Colts. As a result of his stellar career with the San Diego State Aztecs, Faulk is also a member of the College Football Hall of Fame.
He stands at No. 12 all-time in rushing yards in NFL history with over 12,000 yards. Faulk was also a tremendous receiving back who accumulated over 6,000 receiving yards and is the No. 1 ranked running back in NFL history with the most receiving yards.
Faulk also knows how to break down the X’s and O’s of the game evidenced by his media career at NFL Network that ended in 2017.
It is unclear if Faulk is an addition to the staff or if he is taking over the role Gary Harrell had the past two seasons with the Buffs. Before that, he worked at Jackson State under Deion Sanders for three seasons.
