Cleveland Browns Draft Picks

Fans in Green Bay will witness many Browns’ selections during the NFL Draft. Cleveland has 10 2025 draft picks, which is tied with the Jacksonville Jaguars for the most this year.

The Browns have five picks inside the top 104, including the No. 2 overall selection.

For head coach Kevin Stefanski, who enters 2025 following a 3-14 campaign last season, it could be a pivotal year.

2025 NFL Draft: Cleveland’s Team Needs

Quarterback

Like many teams at the top of the draft, the quarterback is a pressing matter.

Deshaun Watson, who boasts arguably the worst contract in the league, is out for most of 2025 with an Achilles injury.

Kenny Pickett and Joe Flacco are the healthy quarterbacks on the Browns’ roster.

If the Browns pass on Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders at No. 2, expect them to use a Day 2 pick on a quarterback.

Wide Receiver

Even though the Browns need a quarterback, Colorado’s Travis Hunter is currently the betting favorite to be taken with the second pick (-325 on BetOnline).

Hunter does fill a need at wide receiver. After Jerry Jeudy, the Browns need a true No. 2 option at wideout. Cedric Tillman and Michael Woods are in the running for that No. 2 spot.

If Cleveland takes Hunter, they add a dynamic player to pair with Jeudy and tight end David Njoku.

Plus, Hunter wants to play defensive back, and in a passing league, you can never have enough secondary help.

Running Back

No matter who’s under center for Cleveland, the Browns must use a draft pick on a running back.

Cleveland had the fourth-fewest rushing yards per game (94.6) in 2024.

Jerome Ford enters the final year of his contract. Pierre Strong is slated to be the backup.

Nick Chubb remains unsigned.

Expect the Browns to find a Chubb-like running back in the middle of the draft.
