The top of the 2025 NFL Draft Order is coming down to the wire heading into Week 18, . Below is the current order for the upcoming draft.

New York Giants Own No. 1 Pick

The New York Giants won their final home game of the year in Week 17. However, it probably cost New York the No. 1 pick in the NFL Draft.

With the Giants’ 45-33 win over the Colts, New York (3-13) moved from No. 1 to No. 4 in the draft.

With the Giants at No. 4, the New England Patriots (3-13) are at No. 1. If the Patriots lose to the Bills in Week 18, New England will hold the No. 1 pick. Buffalo plans to play their backups, so New England should keep it close.

If New England secures the No. 1 pick, they will be in a situation similar to Chicago two seasons ago, where they don’t need a quarterback. Chicago traded back and received a king’s ransom from the Carolina Panthers. The Patriots could try to do the same thing if they are at No. 1.
