The Green Bay Packers began the 2025 NFL season with high expectations, but they weren’t exactly considered Super Bowl favorites. But thanks to their hot start against two tough NFC opponents, Jordan Love and company are now near the top of the odds board when it comes to the championship betting lines.
NFL Odds: Packers Super Bowl Line Drops To +600
Coming off of a year in which they finished 10-7, the Packers were hoping to improve on their third place in the NFC North.
Love was expected to take the next step in his progression as he began his third season as a full-time starter, and the defense has just been bolstered by adding one of the most feared pass rushers in the game in Micah Parsons.
So far, so good. In an early season showdown, the Packers were able to defeat the division rival Detroit Lions for a statement victory during NFL Week 1.
Then, with a quick turnaround, Green Bay outlasted the Washington Commanders on Thursday night, improving their record to 2-0 with a 9-day break before their next game.

Thanks to their solid showings against two teams that went a combined 27-7 in 2024, the Packers are climbing up the odds charts. They entered the NFL season with +1800 odds to win the Super Bowl (5.2% implied odds), but that number has shrunk all the way to +600 (14.2%). That figure tied them with the Baltimore Ravens on the board, behind only the Buffalo Bills at +500.
Given that other teams around the league have yet to play their Week 2 games, the lines are certainly subject to change before the weekend is over.
How Long Will Green Bay Remain Near The Top?
Green Bay will remain amongst the favorites if they continue to play like they have early on. Their next two games are on the road, but the first one is in Cleveland before heading to Dallas for Week 4.
Those contests will be followed by an early-season bye week, and there is a good chance that the Packers are undefeated heading into their Week 6 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Philadelphia Eagles are fourth on the board at +750, and the Kansas City Chiefs round out the top five at +1200.
