According to Chris Haynes, Memphis Grizzlies star point guard Ja Morant will return to the lineup Monday night against the Portland Trail Blazers. Morant has missed the past eight games because of a hip injury.

The 10-7 Grizzlies stayed afloat at 5-3 in Morant’s absence. With Morant, Desmond Bane and Marcus Smart all healthy now, they’ll look to stack some wins and climb the ranks of the crowded Western Conference.
Morant is averaging 20.6 points, 9.1 assists and 5.0 rebounds in eight games this year.
