This is an interesting one, as the Giants come in off a disappointing loss at New Orleans as 7.5-point dogs to the Eagles. What makes this difficult is that I’m still higher on the Giants than most. I still think they can be a frustrating team in this league. But as much as I lean them as home dogs in this spot, I’m going to stay away from the side and total and look for an all-prop same game parlay.
Here’s what we’re looking at: Saquon Barkley Over 18.5 rush attempts (−127) and Jaxson Dart Over 0.5 interceptions (−147). Barkley found himself on the injury report early in this short week, but all indications were that he was going to suit up, and he continues to trend that way. Barkley has faced his former team one time, and he went off on 17 carries for 176 yards and a score, averaging a staggering 10.7 YPC. I expect the Eagles to feed him on Thursday night.

I’m still high on rookie QB Jaxson Dart. But I still believe he is prone to a gunslinger mentality and will force some plays. That’s dangerous against an Eagles defense that can get after the QB and will force him into some quick decision-making.
Given the Giants’ porous run defense and the rookie QB’s turnover history, pairing these two creates a correlated same-game parlay that capitalizes on script (heavy Philly run load + pressure on Dart).

Dart threw two interceptions in his second start and is now facing an Eagles defense that ranks top-10 in EPA/pass, making him a logical candidate to toss one.

As the underdog, the Giants may be forced to throw the ball more, and Dart’s risk profile rises, increasing the potential for turnovers. Dart only threw the ball 20 times in the Giants’ Week 4 win over the Los Angeles Chargers, but he struggled with turnovers when trailing in Week 5 and attempting 40 passes. This week could follow a similar script to Week 5.
