With the field starting even, course history becomes even more important and McIlroy has plenty at East Lake. He’s never finished worse than 16th here and won the Tour Championship in 2022. His length off the tee gives him a huge advantage on a demanding course, and without a staggered start, he won’t be chasing Scheffler from the jump.

Maverick McNealy (+4000)

McNealy has been pushing hard for a Ryder Cup spot, climbing the FedEx Cup standings with consistent play. He finished third at the BMW Championship, where he led the field in strokes gained: putting and picked up more than nine strokes overall. It was his fourth top-three finish since his first PGA Tour win. At +4000, he’s a strong value play.

Harris English (+6000)
