Who is Hailee Steinfeld? Meet Josh Allen’s New Fiancé

The Buffalo Bills are one of the top teams in the NFL and are on a quest to secure their first ring in franchise history. But Josh Allen is in the ring business in mid-season, as the star quarterback proposed to girlfriend Hailee Steinfeld this past week.

Who Is Hailee Steinfeld?

Steinfeld is a 27-year-old actress from Los Angeles. She rose to fame as a teenager when she appeared in the Pitch Perfect film series, which was followed by an Golden Globe nomination for her work in The Edge of Seventeen. Most recently, she has done voice work for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, as well as Arcane on Netflix.

Reports of Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen being a couple began back in May 2023 when photos of the two surfaced. They have stayed out of the public eye for the most part (as opposed to another high profile relationship between a certain pop star and an outstanding football player), but recently went viral with their visit to an event at an animal shelter in which they adopted a puppy.

Allen decided to pop the question during the Bills bye week. He and Steinfeld posted a joint photo to their Instagram accounts (her 20 million+ followers and his 1.3 million) of him on one knee underneath a flower arrangement and surrounded by candles. The scene overlooked an ocean setting, which we can assume took place somewhere on the coastline of their native California.

Hailee Steinfeld is also known for her ventures into the music space following her appearance in Pitch Perfect. She has released two EPs along with numerous singles.
