NFL Suspends Justin Tucker

Tucker has been suspended without pay for the first 10 weeks of the 2025 regular season.
Tucker is currently a free agent. The 35-year-old can serve the suspension as a free agent. Tucker is allowed to sign with a team. If that happens, Tucker can attend training camp and play in the preseason.
The suspension begins August 26, and he will be eligible for reinstatement on November 11, per the league notice.
Tuckey has been under investigation by the league for several months after being accused of sexual misconduct by 16 massage therapists at several Baltimore spas and wellness centers.
The allegations occurred between 2012 and 2016.
Tucker has denied the allegations.
“We are disappointed with the NFL’s decision,” Rob Roche, Tucker’s agent, said in a statement via NFL Media. “Justin has always strived to carry himself in a way that would make his family and community proud. He stands by his previous statements. In order to put this difficult episode behind him and get back on the field as soon as possible, we have advised Justin to accept this resolution and close this matter. The people who know Justin best know his character and understand that while he remains fully committed to excellence as a football player, he is deeply dedicated to his most important lifetime roles as a father, husband, and friend.”

Tucker was released by the Ravens on May 5 after spending 13 seasons in the organization.
After going undrafted in 2012, Tucker signed with the Ravens and eventually won the job over placekicker Billy Cundiff.
Tucker quickly became one of the most reliable kickers in the NFL. The veteran is the most accurate kicker in NFL history with an 89.1 field goal percentage.
Tucker is a seven-time Pro Bowl selection and a five-time All-Pro. He holds the record for the longest field goal made at 66 yards.
Tucker signed a four-year, $24 million contract extension with the Ravens in 2022.
2024 was a turning point in Tucker’s career. Tucker missed 10 total kicks, the most in a season for his career. With a 73.3% conversion rate (22 of 30) on field goals, Tucker ranked 31st in the NFL.
Due to Tucker’s struggles and allegations, the Ravens selected Arizona’s Tyler Loop in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
Tucker has not visited with any team this offseason.
