Wyndham Championship 2025 Predictions

Here are our Wyndham Championship 2025 predictions and the best bets to win the tournament.

  • Keegan Bradley (+2500)
  • Hideki Matsuyama (+3300)
  • Denny McCarthy (+6500)

Keegan Bradley (+1200)

Despite being the U.S. Ryder Cup captain, Keegan Bradley still has about a month left to play his way onto the roster for Bethpage Black. After his win at the Travelers Championship, he cracked the top 10 in the FedEx Cup standings and moved into the No. 10 spot in Ryder Cup points.

There’s a lot on the line for Bradley, not just to lead the team, but to earn his place as a player too. He’s been on a solid run in the back half of the season, with eight straight paydays and 16 cuts made in his last 17 starts. This week marks his fourth consecutive start at the Wyndham Championship, where he’s posted 12 straight rounds in the 60s at Sedgefield. With Ryder Cup stakes higher than ever, don’t be surprised if Bradley catches fire this weekend.

Hideki Matsuyama (+3300)

One of the most experienced players in the field, Hideki Matsuyama, is one to watch this weekend. He kicked off the season with a win at the Sentry Tournament of Champions and has been steady ever since, with no missed cuts since the PGA Championship.

Matsuyama seems to be finding his groove again, with a T13 finish at the Rocket Mortgage Classic and a T16 at The Open Championship. He currently ranks 15th on Tour in total strokes gained. At +3300, there’s a lot of value in backing him this weekend.

Denny McCarthy (+6500)

When it comes to shorter courses that demand precision, like Sedgefield Country Club, Denny McCarthy is always in the mix. While his recent results might not jump off the page, he tends to thrive on layouts that turn into birdie-fests. His last two starts were overseas, where the conditions didn’t exactly suit his game or reward his strengths on quicker greens.

Before that stretch, McCarthy posted a T-11 at the John Deere Classic and a T-12 at the Travelers Championship. He’s always been dangerous with the putter and has gained with his irons in six of his last seven starts. With three career top-25 finishes at Sedgefield, he’s proven he can contend here. At +6500, he’s worth a shot.
