The Browns quarterback woes have been considerable in recent years so no one really knows what to expect from Sanders especially in the first preseason game.
It is also unclear how long he will play as he was dealing with shoulder soreness a few days ago.
The Browns once again have a laundry list of quarterbacks, now five in total, including Sanders, Joe Flacco, Dillon Gabriel, Kenny Pickett, and the recently acquired Tyler Huntley.

Shedeur Sanders has handled himself well in training camp. He is doing what a rookie quarterback should be doing; putting his head down, working hard, and trying to learn from the more experienced players including Super Bowl Champion/MVP Joe Flacco.

Sanders appears to be finding joy in the process, smiling and laughing often, including in this adorable interaction with offensive lineman Wyatt Teller’s son Brooks.

Shedeur Sanders has been in the spotlight throughout the years and has watched his father Deion go through it so he knows that he will be under the microscope of the ferocious NFL media types Friday evening.
Browns fans hope that he has a great start, but they know all too well that one preseason game does not dictate how a season will go.
Watch the Browns take on the Carolina Panthers on Friday, August 8 at 7 PM ET at Bank of America Stadium on NFL Network.
