Though Nike tennis took top honors in Grand Slam singles in 2025, with Nike players winning six of the eight men’s and women’s titles, there were other great tennis kits in 2025.
The list is in no particular order.
1. Naomi Osaka – Nike
Without Naomi Osaka, Nike would be pretty ordinary. It is a headscratcher because many of the top ranked women wear Nike including Aryna Sabalenka, Madison Keys, Amanda Anisimova, Mirra Andreeva, and Emma Raducanu.
Osaka’s kits gives us the nostalgic feels of the Nike heyday with Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova.
Her US Open purple outfit was my personal favorite, but she brings something unique to each Grand Slam, and we love it.
Osaka wins the 1st set 7-6(4) against Amanda Anisimova at the U.S. Open.
Naomi is one set away from another U.S. Open final.

2. Marta Kostyuk – Wilson
Ukraine’s Marta Kostyuk is not the only WTA player wearing Wilson, but she wears it so well that we often think she is.

The colors are vibrant and change often through the year.
We were big fans of the fringe hem in her white Wimbledon kit.

Kostyuk was once a Nike player, but the Wilson transition was a wise move for her. Wilson even designed her 2023 wedding dress.

3. Coco Gauff – New Balance X Miu Miu
Coco Gauff put New Balance tennis on the map. The longtime New Balance ambassador took it up a notch in 2025 by wearing the New Balance and Miu Miu collaborative collection.

Adidas Is Notoriously Absent
I am geniunely confused about what Adidas is doing. With Jessica Pegula, Elina Svitolina, and Karolina Muchova as the brand’s top ranked players, the Y3 migration at the US Open had me wondering if all three migrated away. I was not the only one.

The brand was all over the place this year in tennis kits. There were throwbacks, odd colors, and the Y3. Adidas needs to up its game to keep up with the others in 2026.
