The big winner in the 2025 tennis season is Nike.  Though legendary brand ambassador Rafael Nadal retired and active players like Taylor Fritz and Frances Tiafoe have left the iconic brand in recent years, it has produced a lot of champions in 2025, and it is only March.

Take a look at the women’s tennis players who hoisted trophies wearing Nike kits so far this year.

Madison Keys won Adelaide and the Australian Open.
Aryna Sabalenka won Brisbane International.
Amanda Anisimova won Doha.
Mirra Andreeva won Dubai.

On the men’s side, Jannik Sinner won the Australian Open.
Carlos Alcaraz won Rotterdam.

Nike Already Has Two Champions At The BNP Paribas Open

It is an all-Nike final in both women’s and men’s singles at the BNP Paribas Open on Sunday.

Aryna Sabalenka faces Mirra Andreeva, and Holger Rune faces Jack Draper.

Sabalenka and Andreeva do not wear identical kits, and Andreeva traditionally wears a visor so fans will be able to tell the players apart when the television camera is zoomed out to show the full court.

That is not the case for the men.  Rune and Draper wore the exact same kit right down to the backwards white hat for the BNP Paribas Open.  How will fans tell them apart?

Will someone at Nike intervene and help the fans out with this?  Hopefully, since the ATP tweet teasing the match illustrates the problem.

This is a great problem for Nike to have.  With Adidas, Lacoste, Wilson, On, Lululemon, Boss, and other kits worn by players, Nike is hitting the jackpot and even doing a bit of a throwback to the tennis court swoosh logo.
