The 2026 tennis season could be a momentuous one because there are attainable and impressive records within reach for top players.
Here are the three of the most significant.
1. 25 Career Grand Slam Singles Titles
Novak Djokovic is currently tied with Margaret Court for 24 Grand Slam singles titles. He has not won a Grand Slam since the 2023 US Open; however, no one can ever count him out because this is the only record that is not etched on his amazing resume.

2. Youngest Player To Win All ATP Major Hardcourt Titles
Jannik Sinner is the hardcourt wizard, and he could etch is name in the recordbooks if he wins Indians Wells in 2026. That win would give him every major hardcourt title, and he would achieve six years prior to anyone else at the age of 24.

3. Career Grand Slam
The Career Grand Slam is on the vision boards of three players: Carlos Alcaraz, Jannik Sinner, and Iga Swiatek.
Alcaraz and Swiatek could start the season in recordbreaking fashion if each wins the Australian Open. Sinner’s opportunity will come at the French Open which he was painfully close to winning in 2025. Another record for Alcaraz would result if he won the Australian Open; he would be the youngest player at 22 to complete the Career Grand Slam.
