Rams Injury Report: Who Replaces Davante Adams’ Production On TNF vs. Seahawks?

Two 11-3 teams are set to meet on Thursday Night Football in Week 16. Not only is it an NFC West showdown, but it’s a battle for the #1 seed in the Conference.

The Rams are on the road Thursday for their second matchup of the season vs. the Seahawks. Los Angeles won their first meeting 21-19. Against Seattle in Week 16, the Rams are expected to be without one of their top wide receivers. Davante Adams re-injured his hamstring in Week 15. Who steps up for Los Angeles with Davante Adams doubtful to play on TNF?

Los Angeles is without Davante Adams in their most important game so far

When the Rams take on the Seahawks on Thursday night, the team will be without Davante Adams. The veteran WR reinjured his hamstring in Week 15 vs. the Lions. Despite it being a must-win game for Los Angeles, they are looking at the long-term approach. At 11-3, the Rams are favored to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl heading into Week 16. The traning staff takes that into account. It’s in the best interest of the team to keep Adams out vs. the Seahawks.

Los Angeles will be without a WR who is leading the NFL with 14 receiving touchdowns. In his first season with the Rams, Adams has built a quick connection with Matthew Stafford. They’ve been hard to stop near the goal line. Davante Adams has several touchdowns that have come off short 50/50 throws by Stafford.

On Thursday, the Rams will be without the services of Davante Adams. The pressure will be on Puka Nacua to have a massive performance vs. the Seahawks. That will be easier said than done. Seattle’s defense allows 191.4 passing yards per game this season. That is the seventh-best in the NFL. Nacua is coming off a career-high 181 receiving yards in Week 15 vs. Detroit.

Another player who can step up and have an impact on Thursday is TE Colby Parkinson. He is third on the team in receptions and receiving yards in 2025. Additionally, Parkinson has scored in at least one touchdown in five of his last six games. Parkinson had five catches for 75 yards and two touchdowns in Week 15. The team has an abundance of skill players who can step up and fill the void of Davante Adams.
