Players will need to brace for the hot and humid Memphis conditions. While rain chances remain low, especially in the mornings, temperatures are expected to hover in the low 90s throughout the weekend.

As always, all eyes will be on Scottie Scheffler, who comes in as the overwhelming favorite. He currently leads the standings with 4,806 FedEx Cup points, putting him more than 2,200 points ahead of second-ranked Sepp Straka. The pair is set to tee off at 1:45 p.m. ET.

2025 FedEx St. Jude Championship Round 1 Tee Times

Tee times for the FedEx St. Jude Championship begin around 8:20 a.m. ET, with Matti Schmid getting things started. There will be 35 total pairings this weekend, but with Rory McIlroy opting out of the event, the field is down to 69 players, leaving Schmid to tee off solo to begin the first round.

Groups will go off roughly every 10 minutes, with the final pairing of Kevin Yu and Emiliano Grillo scheduled for 2:15 p.m. ET. Since this is a limited-field event, there will be no cut, and all players are guaranteed to play all four rounds.
