Aaron Rodgers Next NFL Team Odds: Giants, Raiders Top The List

The Jets have made it clear that they intend to move on from Aaron Rodgers. But the 41-year-old quarterback might be able to avoid packing his bags, as the other NFL team in New York has become the favorite to bring him in for 2025.
There is still technically a lingering question of whether Rodgers will suit up for another season. Rumors of retirement have been floated over the past year, as there has been a noticeable decline in his production, as well as his ability to stay healthy.
But it is likely that he’ll want to retire on a higher note than what the debacle with the New York Jets ended up being. So if he does come back for a 21st season in the NFL, which team’s colors will he most likely be wearing?
Which NFL Team Will Bring In Aaron Rodgers For 2025?

Here are the top three options according to the oddsmakers at BetOnline:
New York Giants (-300)
In just the last week, the Giants have become the overwhelming favorite to be Aaron Rodgers’ next team. A report released by NFL insider Adam Schefter said that New York was interested in the aging star, after it was clear that they had struck out in trying to lure Matthew Stafford away from the Rams.
The Giants have plenty of options and possible directions. They hold the third overall pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, and could target Shedeur Sanders or even trade up for Cam Ward. But there is a chance that they use their draft capital to fill other holes, and would bring in a proven veteran quarterback who can be a stop gap until they can find a young star.
New York is currently listed at -300 to be Rodgers’ next team, well ahead of any other team on the board.
Las Vegas Raiders (+175)
Another team that lost out on Matthew Stafford was the Raiders. It was reported that the quarterback had met with team part-owner Tom Brady last week, but opted to remain in Los Angeles where he’ll likely close out his career. But Brady could turn his attention to another former elite passer, as Aaron Rodgers could become their next big target.
Many mock drafts have Shedeur Sanders pegged as the quarterback that the Raiders will select in the draft, but Las Vegas will certainly explore other options in the meantime. They’ve been an organization known for taking big swings, and bringing in Rodgers to close out his career wouldn’t surprise anyone in NFL circles.
The Raiders are listed at +175 on the betting board.
Pittsburgh Steelers (+225)
If Rodgers wanted to go a team that has a chance of competing for a Super Bowl, the Steelers might be his best bet.
Pittsburgh has been considered to be “a quarterback away” ever since Ben Roethlisberger retired after the 2021 campaign. But despite having a deficiency at the most important position on the field, the Steelers have made the playoffs in two of the last three years, and have posted a record of 20-14 over the last two seasons combined.
They will be one of the more interesting teams to watch this offseason, especially at the quarterback position. Will they bring back one of Russell Wilson or Justin Fields? Will they look to go young by addressing their needs in the draft?
Or will they turn to Aaron Rodgers? The oddsmakers give Pittsburgh a +225 designation in that category.

Las Vegas Raiders | +175 |
