Arnold Palmer Invitational 2025 Predictions

Here are our Arnold Palmer Invitational 2025 predictions and the best bets to win the tournament.

  • Scottie Scheffler (+350)
  • Collin Morikawa (+2000)
  • Patrick Cantlay (+2800)

Scottie Scheffler (+350)

With a win probability rate of just over 23%, the world’s number one-ranked golfer, Scottie Scheffler, is the heavy favorite in the field. While Scheffler is still looking for his first win of the season, he’s put together a strong start with a T-9 finish at Pebble Beach and T-3 at the Genesis Invitational, along with a T-25 finish at the WM Phoenix Open.

Despite his last start, Scheffler has always played well at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. He is the defending champion and won the event in 2022. It’s hard to count him out this weekend. He’s only played the event four times and has two victories, along with an average of 3.35 true strokes gained on the field per round, making it the highest ever for any player who’s played the event at Bay Hill.

Collin Morikawa (+2000)

It’s been an uphill battle for Collin Morikawa since winning the Open back in 2021. While he finally found himself in the winner’s circle after the 2023 Zozo Championship, he’s only had near misses since. However, Morikawa has been playing some of his best golf. In his first three starts, he’s finished second at the Sentry and T-17 at both the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and the Genesis Invitational. Now he’s gearing up for his fourth start of the season at Bay Hill, which rewards players for accurate driving and good iron play, playing to Morikawa’s advantage.

Patrick Cantlay (+2800)

While Patrick Cantlay has had a quiet start, he’s flown under the radar. Cantlay has two top-five finishes in his last three starts, including at the Genesis Invitational. He’s been gaining strokes in every category for a total of 1.2 total shots gained per round, good for 12th on the Tour. With a two-and-a-half-year win drought, Cantlay is lined up for a breakthrough performance. He has a T-4 finish under his belt at the Arnold Palmer Invitational from two years ago.

Arnold Palmer Invitational 2025 Best Bets

  • Xander Schauffele (+101) vs. Justin Thomas
  • Shane Lowry Top-10 Finish (+350)
  • Michael Kim Top-20 Finish (+175)
