The WNBA broke viewership records during the 2024 campaign, and they are looking to capitalize on their numbers by featuring their biggest stars in 2025. According to reports, the Indiana Fever and Caitlin Clark will lead the way, with 41 of their 44 games being nationally televised or available for stream this coming season.

41 Nationally Televised Or Streamed Games For Caitlin Clark In 2025

There are a handful of different networks and streaming services that will carry games during the upcoming season. ABC/ESPN will be one of the big providers, as will ION. NBATV will take on some of the work load, as well, and Amazon Prime Video is set to broadcast 21 contests themselves.

As for Caitlin Clark and the Fever specifically, 10 of their 44 games will be broadcasted on ABC or ESPN. Another 8 will be shown on ION, with another 23 being available via one of the streaming services.

It is a calculated move by the WNBA to put their most popular player on the national stage. Last year, six different networks and services set viewership records for WNBA games, and all six of them featured games played by Clark and the Fever.

Last year, ESPN reported that viewership for the entire WNBA season was up 170 percent, making it the most-watched regular season in league history. The 2024 All-Star game pulled in 3.4 million viewers, and even the WNBA Draft was a draw with a number of 2.4 million. The championship series between the New York Liberty and Minnesota Lynx was the most-watched Finals in 25 years.

The Liberty, who won last year’s season title, will have 32 nationally televised or streamed broadcasts. A’ja Wilson and the Las Vegas Aces will have 33.

It isn’t just the broadcast companies who are tailoring things to meet the demand for Cailtin Clark. Six of the Fever’s away games have been moved to arenas that have larger capacity than where their teams typically play.
