On Monday’s Get Up, ESPN analyst Dan Orlovsky said Josh Allen “might be the most haunted player in the history of the NFL.”

Why Did Dan Orlovsky Call Josh Allen A ‘Haunted’ Player?

The Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Buffalo Bills 32-29 in Sunday’s AFC Championship.

While discussing the game, Orlovsky spoke about the depressing history of the Bills, including four straight losses in the Super Bowl back in the early ’90s. Orlovsky took things one step further, saying Allen is one of the most tortured players ever.

“I think it’s the most haunted organization — it might be the most haunted player in the history of the NFL,” Orlovsky said on Get Up. “I mean, four straight Super Bowl losses 30 years ago, and now, four straight losses to Patrick Mahomes when your quarterback plays just as good? Just as good in all those games. The point differential in them is five points. We’re talking about the difference between a career that we could categorize as an all-time great and just really good — right now.”

Orlovsky pointed out that Allen did have a chance to win the game when the Bills got the ball back with 3:33 left in the fourth quarter down 32-29. The Bills ran six plays for 17 yards before turning it over on downs.

“I love Josh… No one, I don’t think, in the media champions Josh more than me,” Orlovsky explained. “He got the ball back, down three, with a chance to go get it done.”

Allen’s herculean pass on the fourth down play went through the hands of Dalton Kincaid.

The Chiefs then ran out the clock and iced the game to win.

Chiefs Eliminate Bills From Postseason Again

The Chiefs are the Bills’ kryptonite in the postseason.

During the regular season, Allen is 4-1 against Mahomes. However, Mahomes has now won all four postseason matchups against Allen’s Bills.

The Chiefs have eliminated the Bills in four of the last six postseasons.
