Dolphins vs. Browns Odds and Predictions
Our unofficial depth chart for Week 7 against the Dolphins
— Cleveland Browns (@Browns) October 14, 2025
Things have gone from bad to worse for the Miami Dolphins.
The Dolphins scored a touchdown with 46 seconds left to take a 27-26 lead over the Los Angeles Chargers. However, the Dolphins’ defense could not stop Ladd McConkey, who broke free for a 42-yard catch and run to set up the game-winning field goal for a Chargers 29-27 win.
Betting is all about numbers and trends. However, it’s difficult to listen to Tua Tagovailoa’s public criticism of his teammates and think this team is OK. Mike McDaniel has clearly lost control of the ship, and it could lead to his dismissal before the end of the season.
The Dolphins’ defense played like one of the worst units in the league. The Dolphins are 30th in yards allowed per game (389.3) and surrender a league-worst 168.5 rushing yards per game.
It’s now or never for Dillon Gabriel. If Gabriel can’t move the ball against a Dolphins defense that can’t stop the run and ranks 18th in sacks (12), then Kevin Stefanski should turn to Shedeur Sanders.
Siding with the Browns is a bet on their defense, which boasts a dominant defensive line — first pass rush win rate and run black win rate.
Cleveland is allowing 13 points per game at home. The Browns rely on their defense to cover the number.
Pick: Browns -2.5 (-105)
Dolphins vs. Browns Prop
The Browns’ front 7, especially at home, is playing lights out.
The Browns have played two games at home. Cleveland held Cincinnati’s Chase Brown to 51 total yards and Green Bay’s Josh Jacobs to 74 total yards.
If you count the “home game” in London, the Browns held Minnesota’s Jordan Mason to 56 total yards.
The next running back up for the Browns to stop is Miami’s De’Von Achane, who exploded for 150 total yards last week. With all of the turmoil in the Miami locker room, I’ll take the Browns defense to keep Achane under control.
Pick: De’Von Achane Under 95.5 Total Yards (-110)
