The PGA Tour will be ending the Florida Swing with the Valspar Championship at the iconic Copperhead Course in Palm Harbor. The renowned golf course is regarded as one of the best courses in the U.S. and is known for its pine-tree-lined fairways and water hazards.

Even though it’s one of the most challenging courses on the PGA Tour, Copperhead is a semi-private club, meaning it’s open to the public but also offers memberships for players that want regular access.

How Much is a Copperhead Course Membership?

One of the main attractions at Copperhead Course is the “Snake Pit,” a notorious stretch of holes that features narrow fairways, water hazards, and tricky greens, which are meant to test the best players. The course ends with the most complex three holes, with the 16-hole greeted by a snake statue.

There are multiple different memberships available at the Innisbrook Resorts’ Copperhead Course, ranging from full golf memberships to legacy golf memberships. There are seven different memberships, and the full golf membership is the most expensive, with an initiation cost of $50,000.

However, golf enthusiasts interested in saving on memberships should apply during this week’s Valspar Championship event.

The Innisbrook Resort offers savings on full golf, resort, young executive, and social memberships during the Valspar Championship. This week only, golf fans can save $5,000 on the initiation fee for a Full Golf Membership (normally $45,000 + taxes) when they apply. Those interested in a Young Executive Golf Membership or Resort Golf Membership can enjoy $1,000 off the usual $8,500 + taxes initiation fee.

What’s Included in Copperhead Course Membership and Amenities?

The Copperhead Course is located at Innisbrook Resort which features many amenities like six pools, five restaurants, driving ranges, fitness center, spas, tennis and racquetball courts.

All golf memberships provide complimentary access to the driving range, tennis and racquetball courts, fitness center, and all pools, including the Loch Ness Monster pool. Golf memberships include individuals, spouses, and children up to 25 years old.

Golf members also receive special savings on dining, spa services, seasonal room rates, lessons, clinics, and children’s programs. Meanwhile, social and racquetball memberships have access to pools and access to Copperhead Course.
