NFL: Combine

Josina Anderson is a longtime NFL reporter/insider. She worked at ESPN but was let go due to many reasons.

She would get into trouble with ESPN executives over things. For one instance, after Myles Garett hit Mason Rudolph on the head with a helmet, Anderson posted on X “I would bet Myles Garrett will say he heard Mason Rudolph call him something egregious. Never seen Garrett act like that, ever.”

She also posted on X an image in which she said Rudolph grabbed Garrett in a private area. Anderson would later apologize for it and stated that other angles had proven her original tweet was incorrect.

Anderson joined CBS after nine years at ESPN. In April of 2024, she posted that she had amicably parted ways with CBS Sports. Whenever the word amicable is used by someone in sports media, this is most likely code that she was once again let go.

Josina Anderson Fails To Follow Up On Cryptic Steelers Post

Anderson posted on X on March 1, “Still here in Indy at the Scouting Combine having conversations. Sounds like the Steelers are going to have some interesting changes.”

It has been over a week and she still has not followed up on her post.

Steelers fans continue to mock her for not following up.

Posting on X regarding changes coming for a popular team and then not following up after over a week is not a very smart thing to do.

Pittsburgh has made no changes. They have not even signed Fields or Wilson yet. No major coaching changes have occurred either. The Steelers have made no “interesting changes”.

While many other sports media members have stated reports on the Steelers, Anderson failed to follow up on what had Steeler fans in an uproar wondering what these changes would be.

If she is not aware of any changes, she should not have posted what she did. Despite Steelers fans hounding Anderson for her post, she has not followed up.

Free agency begins this week and the Steelers need a QB and have many other positions of need.
