Tennessee Titans Draft Picks

The Titans will kick things off with the first pick of the 2025 NFL Draft.

The Titans own eight picks in this year’s draft, with two in the top 35.

After a 3-14 record a season ago, the Titans are in full rebuild mode. Head coach Brian Callahan returns for a second season. Meanwhile, former Chiefs executive Mike Borgonzi enters his first season as the Titans’ general manager.

  • Round 4: No. 120 (from the Seahawks)

2025 NFL Draft: Tennessee’s Team Needs

Quarterback

The most obvious need is unquestionably at quarterback.

Will Levis, the 2023 second-round draft pick, has not panned out. Levis has a record of 5-16 in two seasons with 3,899 passing yards, 21 touchdowns, and 16 interceptions.

Backup Mason Rudolph left Tennessee to sign with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Levis, Brandon Allen, and Tim Boyle are three quarterbacks on the depth chart.

Barring an unforeseen circumstance, the Titans will select Miami’s Cam Ward with the No. 1 pick. With great size and a rocket arm, Ward could be the next elite talent at quarterback.

Wide Receiver

If the Titans take Ward, they need to find him another weapon on the outside.

Calvin Ridley is the team’s No. 1 wide receiver. Ridley barely passed 1,000 yards in 2024 with 1,017 to go along with 64 catches and four touchdowns. It was the fifth time a Titans pass-catcher passed 1,000 yards receiving in the last 20 years.

Nick Westbrook-Ikhine, who led the Titans with nine receiving touchdowns, signed with the Miami Dolphins in free agency.

The Titans will likely be without Treylon Burks, the 2022 first-round pick who tore his ACL last October.

Edge Rusher

When Mike Vrabel was the head coach, the Titans were known for having a tough front seven with a strong pass rush.

In Callahan’s first season, the Titans had the third-fewest sacks (32) in the NFL.

Edge rusher is a massive hole for the Titans, especially after the team released Harold Landry III, their leading sack leader from 2024.

No player on the Titans’ roster has recorded a double-digit sack season.
