With the Nov. 4 trade deadline rapidly approaching, here are three players the Los Angeles Rams could acquire.
Saints WR Rashid Shaheed

The New Orleans Saints announced a change at quarterback this week. Rookie Tyler Shough will now start for the remainder of the season, sending Spencer Rattler to the bench.
Kellen Moore needs to see what he has in Shough, which will determine how the Saints handle the quarterback position this offseason.
At 1-7, the Saints also should be open to trading several impact players to acquire draft capital.
One of those players is wide receiver Rashid Shaheed. The 27-year-old is currently playing on a one-year contract and will be a free agent at the end of the season.
For a rebuilding team, Shaheed is probably not the player you sign to a long-term extension.
However, Shaheed could be of value to a team needing a wide receiver. The Rams could be that team, thanks to injuries to Puka Nacua and Tutu Atwell.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter wrote that the Saints are looking for a third-round pick for Shaheed. I doubt any team would part ways with a third-round pick for Shaheed. If the price moves to a fourth or fifth round pick, then the Rams should make this deal.
Browns TE David Njoku
"I noticed after the Miami game, they took a lot of (David) Njoku, Wyatt Teller type players away from these conversations. Now, they're right back in."

Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku is one of the most popular names mentioned in trade deadline chatter.
The 29-year-old has 27 receptions for 260 yards and two touchdowns this season.
Njoku is in the last year of his four-year, $54.75 million contract.
Despite the turmoil at quarterback, Njoku has still been an effective pass catcher with 27 receptions for 260 yards and two touchdowns.
With the emergence of Harold Fannin, Njoku might be on the way out.
The Rams have played four tight ends this season: Tyler Higbee, Davis Allen, Colby Parkinson, and Terrance Ferguson. The latter three have less than 10 catches each.
Njoku would be a welcome addition and make a solid 1-2 punch with Higbee.
Saints Wide Receiver Brandin Cooks

Poor Brandin Cooks.
The 32-year-old wide receiver has already been traded four times. If he’s traded a fifth, it will become the new NFL record.
Cooks has had a quiet year, with 17 receptions for 149 yards.
If the Rams don’t want to give up a high pick for Shaheed, they could pay a lesser price for Cooks.
Plus, Cooks played for the Rams in 2018 and 2019. In 2018, Cooks set his career high for receiving yards with 1,204.
