Browns Past History Makes This Story Far From Over
GM Andrew Berry has answered the Myles Garrett trade questions repeatedly in the past couple of months, as recently as last week, and never hesitated to answer that it is a no-go.
Browns fans have good memories, and March 2022 was not that long ago. The team also publicly said it was not trading Baker Mayfield during the shocking Deshaun Watson trade.

Everyone knows reality did not match rhetoric in that circumstance.
Berry needs to turn this team around in short order. The Deshaun Watson trade set the franchise back for years because his performance and injuries did not merit the massive amount of money and draft picks sacrificed in the process.
Garrett also shrewdly shared his trade request with the public knowing Andre Berry’s steadfast position. The phone might start ringing with deals to good to pass up that give Garrett the chance he covets to get to a Super Bowl while giving the Browns players and picks to rebuild.
Some fans are not old enough to remember that the Dallas Cowboys rebuild in the 1990s was accelerated by a Herschel Walker trade to the Minnesota Vikings. It is time for the Browns to employ common sense and get on the receiving end of a good trade for a change.
What Teams Would Be Interested In A Myles Garrett Trade?
The immediate reaction on the internet was that the Buffalo Bills should be calling Berry ASAP. The team is so talented and close to being a Super Bowl contender that Garrett could be a deciding factor.
The Los Angeles Rams also entered the conversation.
