The 2025 Valspar Championship is set to tee off from Palm Harbor, Florida, on Thursday morning. It’s the last scheduled event of the Florida swing as the field prepares to take on Innisbrook Resort’s Copperhead Course.
If the course wasn’t already challenging enough, the field will face rough weather this weekend. The forecast predicts strong winds on Thursday and Friday, with a chance of rain.
Tee times will begin at 7:35 a.m. ET, with the last group teeing off at 3:02 p.m. ET.

Most of the world’s top 50 players are competing this weekend at the 2025 Valspar Championship. There are dozens of featured groups with past winners and upcoming stars. Despite not being a signature event, winning at the Copperhead Course comes with a lot of prestige. It’s considered one of the most challenging courses on the PGA Tour, and the Snake Pit always calls for one of the most dramatic finishes.
Some featured groups include Sepp Straka, Xander Schauffele, and Adam Scott, who tee off at 8:13 a.m. ET. In the afternoon, Karl Vilips, Justin Thomas, and Jordan Spieth tee off at hole one at 1:23 p.m. ET.
Valspar Championship 2025 Round 1 Tee Times
A total of 52 groups will be teeing off this weekend at the Valspar Championship. The tee times are staggered, with groups teeing off on holes one and 10 every 11 minutes. However, hole one tee times will not tee off at the same time as hole 10, with an approximately 5-minute delay between each group.
The first group to tee off will feature Danny Willett, Rico Hoey, and Chandler Philips, who start off on the first hole at 7:35 a.m. ET. The second group will feature Michael Kim, Matti Schmid, and Jacob Bridgeman at hole 10 at 7:40 a.m. ET.

Valspar Championship 2025 Weather Forecast
The weather forecast isn’t looking great at Copperhead this weekend. The field will face some tough conditions, including high winds and a chance of rain.
Strong wind gusts will be present throughout the first two rounds, with highs reaching around 30 mph. The weather settles down on the weekend, with wind speeds returning to manageable levels. Thursday has the highest chance of rain, and Friday is predicted to be the coldest day on the course.
