Will MLB Think Twice About Asking Brad Paisley To Sing National Anthem In World Series In The Future?

MLB fans should have suspected it would be a wild night ahead when country star Brad Paisley sang the National Anthem before Game 3 of the 2025 World Series between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Toronto Blue Jays.

Paisley has developed a reputation of starting some marathon World Series nights, three in particular prior to last night’s thriller that spanned 18 innings and resulted in a Los Angeles Dodgers 6-5 victory and 2-1 lead in the 2025 World Series.

When considering his resume, will MLB rethink the idea of having him pitch?

Brad Paisley’s Track Record Is Incredible

Paisley sang the National Anthem in Game 2 of the 2017 World Series that went 11 innings.

He also sang it in the other 18 inning marathon game the Dodgers won in Game 3 of the 2018 World Series.

Last year, he sang the Anthem in Game 1 which went 10 innings and in a deja vu moment, Freddie Freeman had a walk-off Grand Slam.

Brad Paisley is a huge Los Angeles Dodgers fan and is now possesses a 2-2 win-loss record in the World Series marathon games when he sings the National Anthem.

It remains to be seen if the Game 4 National Anthem singer Tinashe will have the same effect on the World Series.
